• Yes. Clients who wish to use their health insurance benefits will have eligibility and coverage reviewed prior to scheduling.

Please contact us to discuss coverage options and next steps.

  • Fees vary depending on service type, clinical complexity, and the frequency of sessions that best fit your goals and preferences. Following the complimentary consultation, we will provide clear pricing and discuss the treatment format best suited to your needs.

Reduced package rates may be available for clients choosing to schedule services in advance.

Good Faith Estimates are available upon request and are also included in intake documentation.

  • The first step is to schedule a complimentary virtual consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your goals, answer initial questions, and determine the best path forward.

For insurance inquiries, billing questions, or general concerns, you may also contact us directly at support@elenix.health or through any Contact Us' form on this website.

  • Yes. The consultation is a brief introductory virtual meeting designed to determine whether our approach is the right fit for your goals.

We use this time to learn what is bringing you in, discuss how we work, and answer any initial questions. Because fit matters, we do not believe in moving directly into treatment without first ensuring the process aligns with what you are looking for.

If it feels like a strong match, we will discuss next steps.

  • Our approach is direct, thoughtful, and built for people seeking more than a place to express emotions.

We believe therapy works best when it offers not only support, but also perspective, challenge, and practical tools that create movement beyond the session.

Elenix is not built around one-size-fits-all care. We work best with clients who are ready for a process that encourages deeper thinking, clearer perspective, and meaningful forward movement.

  • Probably how little judgment there is.

We are not interested in shaming habits, overreacting to every imperfection, or making clients feel dissected. Our job is to look honestly at what is working, what is not, and what the consequences actually are.

Clients are often also surprised by how practical the process feels. The goal is not to create endless dependence on therapy, but to make the work useful enough that you know how to carry it with you.

  • Consultations are brief introductory virtual meetings.

Most individual psychotherapy sessions are approximately 55 minutes. Family, couples, and other specialty services may vary depending on clinical need and treatment goals. Neuropsychological evaluations are scheduled according to the scope of assessment and are typically completed over multiple hours or appointments.

Session frequency is determined collaboratively between you and your clinician based on presenting concerns, treatment recommendations, and overall fit.

  • Elenix is an outpatient practice intended for clients seeking non-emergency therapeutic care. We are not a crisis response service or 24-hour facility, and response times may vary outside of scheduled appointments.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency or require immediate intervention, please call 9-1-1 or seek emergency medical services immediately.

Some clients may require a higher level of care than our practice can appropriately provide. If that is the case, we are happy to help point you toward more suitable resources.
