• Yes. We use a third-party service for those who would like to utilize their health insurance benefits. Please contact us before scheduling to begin.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on session type, complexity, and frequency. After an initial complementary consult, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • For self-pay clients, click here to schedule a 15-minute complementary consultation done through video conference.

If preferred, or for clients using health insurance, please email us at support@elenix.health or use any of the “contact us” forms throughout this website.

  • We don’t work with just anyone, and you shouldn’t either. This is a chance for us to meet, chat about your objectives, share our style and approach. If it’s a good match, we’ll discuss next steps.

  • It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart. With us, you’ll get a straightforward and direct approach. This may include hard-to-hear challenges or tools to get you thinking even when we’re not around. We know we are not for everyone, and we like it that way.

Contrary to popular belief, therapy is not where you go to get advice or be told what to do. It’s also not only for people who have serious mental health issues (if you do, we can help refer you to the appropriate place).

At elenix, we believe you are smart enough, capable enough, and strong enough - you may just need a little push or help with navigation. We’ll help you dig deep, ask the right questions, and lock in.

  • We want you to fire us…eventually. Seriously. If you feel you need therapy for life, we probably are not for you. We’re here when you need us.

Also, some people feel shame over certain habits or activities. Our belief: if it doesn’t negatively impact you in work, school, or relationships then it isn’t an issue, or it isn’t an issue yet. We’ll look at consequences together, but decisions are yours. We want you to feel confident in that.
