Kristina Netherton, MA, LMFT

#LMFT145753

Kristina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

Kristina approaches psychotherapy as a deeply personalized and collaborative process. Her work is grounded in thoughtful, tailored care that integrates analytical insight with strategic inquiry, helping clients move beyond reflection into meaningful action. She believes therapy is most effective when it is both supportive and challenging, creating space for clarity, accountability, and real change.

Her approach is integrative, drawing from a range of theories and techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. With a background in performance psychology, she brings a focused understanding of motivation, resilience, and sustained growth, helping clients access the internal drive needed to move forward with intention.

As an Army veteran, spouse of a first responder, and parent of a neurodivergent child, Kristina brings lived experience in navigating stress, complexity, and high-demand environments. This perspective informs her work with clients facing pressure, transition, and the challenge of maintaining balance while striving for more.

She works with high-functioning adults seeking clarity, direction, and meaningful progress. Her practice is rooted in the belief that growth happens through accountability, and that each person is capable of the change they seek.
